The distances between the venues of the events and the downtown is not very large (10 blocks). On the other hand the bus station is 5 blocks from downtown and 15 of the Ciudad Universitaria.
Transportation
Taxis. Usually, there are many taxis on the street, particularly in down town, in the bus station and Ciudad Universitaria (the campus). It is easy to identify taxis by its yellowish color. We recommend using the authorized services. The rate established by the city of Cordoba for the taxi service is:
- Aproximately $5 (5 argentinan pesos) for the first 10 blocks.
- Aproximately $3 (3 argentinan pesos) for the following 10 blocks.
- The trips from Cordoba Airport have an additional $6.75.
Remises. Remises are cars with driver to take you to the site that tells you charged based on a clock rates (as in the taxi). The service should be required by phone or by going to the basis of qualified companies. It is easy to locate them because they are painted green. The cost of the service is similar to taxis. Some companies:

Airport. The airport of the city of Cordoba is located in the north of it at 12 km from the center (in a straight line). The best way to commute to and from it is by taxi. The airport has a taxi stand in front of the landing area. The cost of an airport taxi-center is about $35 and center-airport is about $30.
Bus. Bus routes from downtown to University City: A, E1, E5. In the downtown area, the buses have a stop every 2 or 3 blocks. In Ciudad Universitaria every 100 meters.
The local bus service has a cost of $ 1.50 per trip, and the payment is made by smartcards, which are bought from kiosks, and campus center.
Into the brochure of the workshop
will be a map of Córdoba City, a bus smartcard with some charge, and directions to take buses from Hotel Ducal or Cordoba Hostel to the University.
ATTENTION: if you don't pay with smartcard you can not make the trip, since drivers can not accept money.
