Warning: there is an
error in this article.
In Observation 4.8, page 16th of the article (164 in the Journal), we
mistakenly used
Remark 4.7 to obtain that $f(+Ze_i)$ must be contained in a
certain sublattice.
This error lead us to conclude that there are exactly 126 Five
dimensional Bieberbach
groups with
holonomy group isomorphic to $Z_2+Z_2$, while the correct number
seems to be
121. I thank Carlos Frederico Cid, who awared us of this problem.
He took part
of the team working on the great program CARAT, developed in Aachen,
Germany
(see [Cid, C.; Schulz, T.] Computation of Five and Six dimensional
Bieberbach groups.
Experiment Math. 10 (2001), 109–115).
I strongly suggest you to visit the very helpful web-page containing
this classification:

Here you will find these 121 groups, as well as many others!
