Botrix is an abbreviation for
BOT's matRIX. It is a plugin that allows to play with bots in Half-Life 2: Deathmatch & Team Fortress 2. Works in Windows, Linux and MacOS X (Mavericks). Check out hl2dm video-demo or tf2 video-demo showing them fight. You can download stable version or development version (Windows only). Older versions are also available. Fast installationCopy "addons" folder into your MOD dir, i.e."<SteamDir>/SteamApps/common/Half-Life 2 Deathmatch/hl2mp/" Launch Half-Life 2: Deathmatch with -insecure parameter in single-player game. You can also set it by Steam, just right-click on the game, select it's properties, and set launch parameters. Note that dedicated server (srcds) doesn't need that. If plugin is loaded successfully then you will see something like that on the console: [Botrix] Botrix loaded. Current mod: HalfLife2Deathmatch. If not, try to load plugin using console command: plugin_load addons/botrix After that create new game, map dm_underpass. Type "botrix bot add" several times at the console to create bots. Here you can find newest waypoints for HL2DM & TF2 maps. If you want to create waypoints then use botrix commands to create and save them. After doing that, send me your files (inside "botrix/waypoints/" folder), and I will make sure to test and publish them on my site.
